Troy Williams has spent over two decades at the intersection of finance, strategy, and leadership. As a Senior Vice President at U.S. Bank and former management consultant at McKinsey & Company, he has led enterprise-scale initiatives across banking, data strategy, and financial services. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA from Texas Christian University.
But Troy's passion goes beyond the boardroom. As a board member and treasurer of Haiti Empowered — a nonprofit serving over 2,800 students across 14 villages in Haiti — he has dedicated years to education and empowerment in underserved communities.
